When I first landed in the U.S., life was more like a rollercoaster than rainbows and sunshine. Stress, new routines, and a sprinkle of 'what's going on' threw me off balance. Weight gain, cellulite, energy slumps, and a troublesome digestive system – I wasn't feeling myself at all. Back in Europe, I had my secret weapon for feeling top-notch - rollshaper massages! That was my magic potion for feeling fantastic. But in Fort Lauderdale, finding this procedure was like chasing a unicorn – impossible!
